Why are there so many people who are fat? Why obese people eat foods low in fat, eat salads, drink diet soda and still fat end?

What is the problem? This bothered me for quite a while until I realized the obvious. There is a problem with diets out. Low fat is artificial. Low fat is not good. You would not believe what I discovered this.

I was planning on raising rabbits for meat and I did some research. I learned that if you just eat rabbit meat is going to die. It's called rabbit starvation. What causes hunger rabbit? The lack of fat! Rabbits are very poor.

Now here is another thing I found. If you're eating a fatty diet, not eating much. Fat is something like a switch to their hunger.

But guess Why, when you do not have to change your brain off, you keep eating. And eating. And you feel hungry. And thus, you eat a little more.

In the end one wonders why they are overweight, regardless of the fact that they consume too much food without even thinking about it. Just a little good fat to your diet could be added make a world of difference.

Now, before you go knocking the beginning of fat, I have to warn you. Not all fats are equal. Processed oils and seed oils are not what you want to take. The same applies to vegetable oil. Not the best for you (which makes a great finish for wood, but not you on the inside).

Fats that are not are processed are what you should eat in moderation.

What is the best way to pack your luggage when you have a lot of things and only two bags?

I travel home after several months abroad and I have a lot to get home and not a lot of room for luggage. A suitcase is great, but only eighteen inches deep on the other is a large canvas stock. Also I have a backpack which I'll just take things for my flight home in. How do I save space? All my clothes just to get home, not very well ironed or anything, and that only get thrown in the laundry. I have all kinds of clothes with me and with about nine pairs of shoes, especially floors.

Make tight clothes in bundles. Take your shoes and put topsides toward each other (perhaps held together with rubber bands?) And placed at the bottom of canvas. Putting things in the suitcase more flat rolls of clothes using as filler in the outer layer. bulky items enters canvas shoes in the background, everything else in between, clothes to fill the gaps. Small backpack for personal items and self-entertainment purposes only! Is life with a whole bag in the Middle East for almost three months, still do not know how I managed to return home with more things that went with the first (backpack was full!). Make sure you have help with luggage (goalkeeper airport arrivals) and labeling bags with crazy color ribbon (mine was stolen because I never used the pink ribbon to a large X on my luggage ...
