Building Multi-Level flyovers

Metropolitan cities in the world that have developed since the ages through traditional technologies available at different times are faced with serious traffic problems. These cities are the centers of economic development, road knowledge and the centers of the scientific innovations, therefore, for the sustenance of these cities, priority must be given to solve its traffic problems. The traffic capacity of roads within these cities can be increased by building multi-level flyovers for the flow of traffic in intersections. At present, there is a tendency for construction of single level flyovers to solve the problem only through traffic as part of high level do not give a total solution to traffic problems at crossings. In fact, crosses are the points where the road users must provide any direction to move through the different levels of overpass. By Therefore, in the metropolitan cities where the population has crossed the figure of 50 Latin American countries, flyovers should be planned so that users road can move in any direction without facing any signal. This service is only possible in multi-level flyovers.

Elements of Multi-level flyovers -
The multi-level flyovers include driveways of several plants in general, with four levels which, besides the ground floor traffic moves at three levels of others. This flyover is being built on the ring road in the Naya Azadpur, New Delhi at the crossroads where the ring road, Mall Road, GT Karnal Road and Number 51 cross each other. This crossroads is in Asia's largest plant and the market fruit where the mixed traffic of all types of vehicles are kept running throughout the day and night. This flyover will comprise four levels to ensure traffic signal-free traffic at Mall Road and Ring Road.

• Level 1 (ground level)
The underpass built along GT Karnal Road and Mall Road to ensure uninterrupted movement on these roads.

• Level 2 (level soil)
This level will include the construction of rotation, cycle tracks, service lanes, roads level sliding surface Turn left and the signalized intersection to turn right of the road.

• Level 3 (level flyover)
This level will composed of an overpass of 780 meters in length connecting to the bypass road number 51. This will ensure that the movement of vehicles long distance is not interrupted by local traffic.

• Level 4 (Level The Metro Rail)
The Metro train will run on all level three, completing the image of the traffic management of four floors. The metro line above it will be a part of the line-Metro Vishwavidalaya Jahangirpuri.

Recommendations: -
At present, even in large metropolitan cities, where population figures have crossed 50 Latin American countries an overpass above the ground level are being built. All flyovers have been built in the National Capital Region of Delhi specially constructed overpasses on Ring Road, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and National Highway No. 8 Gurgaon are not solving the traffic problems in the complete absence of multi-level flyovers. Long Local Traffic Jam queues can always be seen below the level of a single flyover built recently. Therefore, the planner must recommend at least the construction of Multi High Level Steps in all major junctions Road, where the population of metropolitan cities have exceeded the figures of 50 Latin American countries.

Since construction of overpasses at various levels are considered part of urban infrastructure and urban infrastructure is being developed on the principles of self- therefore, the creation of such infrastructure in all Metropolitan City should not become a problem for any government.
