Recommended travel agency?

Hello, I asked, would be a good travel agent? I am looking for one that offers guided tours to other countries a cheap price. I would find an agency that includes flight and most meals (if not all), along with all travel within the foreign country within the price of packaging. I just want to fully guided tours with maybe only a couple of days off included. (I've looked at STA travel agency). If you have used actually a particular agency before, what do you like / dislike about it? I am looking for travel in Japan and the United Kingdom. (I'm from the U.S..) I would prefer a travel agency whose website is in English with prices in U.S. dollars, and whose flights depart from the U.S. mainly to other countries. venyviaja is a site in Spanish Unfortunately, no trips to Japan and only a trip to England. There are not many options ...
